He did watch my brother. He did watch my mother. Just being near me, looking at me through binoculars would send his insides quivering, he would stop everything, it would scare him straight. It would upset him so to not be able to complete his criminal activities that he would become frustrated, enraged and seek other opportunities to release the demons within him.
