Well, there is only so many different affronts a person, on their own is able to manage. At the time, my mother was a priority, and here is the sticky wicket, it was also a priority for both my mother and I, to lose weight, be smaller in appearance and clothing size. And what did they do as soon as my mother was placed in a nursing home? They had her gain weight, nearly forty pounds. I was devastated at the time, seeing my mother’s body so rapidly, gain weight while in their care.
