I don’t know if this will help anyone, I’ve written this before, after I got them the kill on Bin Laden was about all I could take of the 24hour care I was giving my mother. I slept very little, and was constantly moving, cleaning, cooking, laundry, bathing my mother, on and on. When I got to sit down it was next to my mother’s bed, it was about as far away as I felt possible, and I would sleep with my eyes open. Only people who has lived in extreme circumstances like that will truly be able to appreciate the determination it takes, to stay alive. Sleeping with your eyes open is a determination to stay alive.
I researched all sorts of diets because I had been trying to lose weight since 1992. I worked and planned in my head, to go on the lemonade diet, I bought the books, I read them, I planned my exercise videos, and researched what I believed to be the best – for me. I measured their work-out videos against my well of truth, for what would be best for me. And my body.
Not everybody and every person is the same. I encourage every person to measure against their own well of truth what is best for them.
I fed my mother every day, while I was on the lemonade and HCG diet. I would cleanse for two weeks, then go on the HCG diet, which is limited calories, about 500 to 600 calories a day, and drops you put in water for forty days. And, I still fed my mother, chocolate bars, and treats, whatever it took for me to be able to get her to take her medication.
In my mind, I went one day at a time, or a few days, or a few weeks, if I started to feel like I was depriving myself, I said to myself, well, see if it works, if you lose weight, it is worth it. If I am not losing weight, it is not worth it. However, I lost weight, and for me, it needed to be done quickly, losing weight, needed to happen more than 1 to 2 pounds a week. I needed and wanted faster results because that is how my mind works.
Determine for yourselves. Some people might need different things, there isn’t anything wrong with that. Determine for yourselves.
It is known I am a planner, and an organizer, and you’ve allowed the enemy, to stop and destroy that because I AM TOO SUCCESSFUL?!
I know the difference between people wanting to work on a friend, and friendly level, like a person, and personal relationship, and a work relationship, who does not?! They can go. To me, it looks like both David Wallaims, and Matt Lucas are not involved for any celebrity, or fame, or publicity, they genuinely want to work on themselves. And, see me, oddly enough, as a friend.

I have quite a lot going on at the moment, this Bezos and BIB is of such an extraordinary degree of CRITICAL, I am focusing on what matters – most. Those two, Bezos and BIB, is another World War about to break out. So, it is not business as usual for me.
Mostly, I am not running outside because they are pressuring me by weight alone, into it! No one should have to force or pressure someone into doing – anything. The very fact they are using pressure tactics, suggests a real problem.
When did people lose sight of earnest being a genuine quality of a person, that is valuable enough, people, authors have written and created characters like Nicholas Nickleby by Charles Dickens about earnestness?
I believe, there is nothing wrong with believing in yourself so much, you earnestly believe.
It’s being able to place yourself as your own measure, and not succumb to the fallacies, of others.
I believe that not just celebrities, that all persons, should be loved for who they really are, and not by what can be gotten, by them.
Stop taking the focus off of the war in Afghanistan. Especially since I am better, at ending wars, then all of you.
