ECA there was a female customer with a man and the woman wearing glasses touched her crotch and asked if she could put another persons rewards and pay for (someone not with them) and because she touched her crotch suggestively, I had a bad reaction as it looked beyond business normal and said they are all watching (I am not interested in getting into trouble), she said she didn’t mean anything by it, and I again repeated, people are all watching, and it did not appear appropriate to look up an account for someone not there, I was freaked grossed out! And all the customers today were eat piece being head coached how to try and beat the business protocol after, as CHERITH always asks first about military and bass pro rewards, and then head coach talking through customers about a military discount after they’ve put in a tender, knowing the system – doesn’t work that way, it was chaos and mayhem and non-stop gassing and it still appears there only purpose is to try and kill CHERITH, HASNT changed! TANEESHA has a real customer service problem, EVERYTIME I ask her for something such as price matching, she is always frustrated that CHERITH ever speaks to her and acts as though CHERITH is stupid and didn’t give TANEESHA enough information, she’s really bad! And black Christian and the other black club female act like there only job at bass pro – is to be black, they do no work! ASSIELLE is really messed up and nothing but really messed up people and putting them in CHERITHS head to have to manage and manage while working and talking to customers – really horrible abuse!
