Pretty sure without going over numbers, it actually costs the government more money – to issue refunds, than trying to collect money, so it’s being used and spoken about illiterately, if you knew as a tax paper that it costs the government, let’s say, $50 to issue – one refund, and then you show that number with the amount of average refunds versus the amount of monies needed to be collected, probably lower, probably costs maybe an average of $35 let’s say, without collections, $15 dollars adds up real quick, and if they had a cost of living increase in the minimum wage, every few years, people would not go into – shock – about having to pay for employees, the expression in English is – talking over people’s heads, most politicians and Washington DC – talking over the public’s head, to mean – they aren’t connecting – to you, as a person, an individual, they are spouting words and not connecting to – your responsibility, ch has no idea why people do this as it prove – the person talking over your head does not actually – know the answer, they are just appearing to be responsible and learned, but if you know the answer and do not connect to a person in response, you’re either guilty, or a criminal or some other answer, as it’s the governments job – to get the public involved, war bonds, home ownership, these are the governments job programs that were – connecting to the public, these government should be telling business owners that a part of doing business – is a responsibility to the community and the first place, in ch head, is with recycling, trash, that’s visible and physical for a business owner to see, not just money in permits and fees – but they see – their work – going toward a better purpose, ch is very mindful about turning heads – against their own government, and scare people instead of giving them – discipline and – when the zombies come, they’ll turn against their own government – it went through!
