How is that they managed to get a Chinese US citizen government employee working in China to write to me all the way over here?
As to the specific drive route on the afternoon of October 16, 2018 your intelligence is not enough, not sufficient. I say its good when its good. I don’t say it’s good when it’s not.

War Lords are not a performance.
War Lords, Drug Lords, criminals, evil persons do not have rules of operations. They do not work only on certain days. They do not wait for weeks to relay a message for such silliness as what these several years have put forth with false notions of real, actual work.
Think about the reasoning behind this. Force a person into something such as the police lane, creating an illusion of police work, then force them into doing such ridiculousness as only do this on this day, only do this on that day, only wear this on this day, only wear this color on that day, only walk this way and do not deviate.
To me it is perverse in concept, its intent, and its structure.
Scaredy Boy – This was the name I gave him. This hit-man, this killer, this assassin they use. I call him Scaredy Boy. Kills people for hire. He is nothing more than a Scaredy Boy. Dresses up for show scaring citizens and people. Kills people. To me he is nothing more than a scaredy boy.
He has an upscale apartment with furnishings and expensive clothes with a pretend reputation. He has a dwelling that he uses where he will not be noticed, more peasant-like, lower class. He uses it because it is close to his kill area because he does not travel. He is scared of someone bigger.
Did you get him China?
There is this thinking out there that my job is what is keeping me safe. After what I’ve been exposed to, I would disagree. I am not certain that possibility exists.
