Clean.

Never dirty.  Cleaned immediately.

The most intelligent minds collected and working.

Sophistication.

Absolute facial control.  Absolute stillness with absolute zero emotion displayed or seen.

Lots of cleaners, cleaning people employed.  Lots of cleaning people disposed of often.

Lots of people disposed of often.

Sophistication in technology.

Sophistication unmatched.

This is the country.
