I ordered a bottle of wine from Prime Now. I received a bottle that had no wine, no alcohol, a bottle of non-alcoholic wine. I had to send an email to demand a refund.
This is what I get:

My response:
The order number is in the subject line.
The fact that you sent an email with the order number makes Amazon, as this email is a representation of the company, appear unintelligent with an inability to read.
Shall I post this for the world to see and read?
