THIS IS BEING ASKED OF ME TO WRITE, TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA HAD NO GROWTH DEVELOPMENT, 5 YEARS, 10 YEARS, 20 YEARS FROM THE TIME MY BROTHER BOUGHT HIS HOUSE, TUSCALOOSA WAS STILL GOING TO REMAIN THE SAME, AND JUST LIKE OUR HOUSE IN PLANT CITY, MY BROTHER’S HOUSE WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER THE MARKET, MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET COULD SUSTAIN. IT WOULD HAVE HAD MORE ADDITIONS THAN THE SURROUNDING MARKET, MEANING, THE SURROUNDING HOMES AND COMMUNITIES WOULD NOT HAVE APPRECIATED THEIR REAL ESTATE, JUST LIKE PLANT CITY, IN THE SAME WAY, THE GJESTLAND’S WOULD HAVE AND DID. THIS RIVERVIEW TOWNHOUSE IS A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE, OF THEIR POOR MISMANAGEMENT! THIS AND THESE TOWNHOUSES SHOULD HAVE ALL APPRECIATED IN VALUE TO $130,000 TO 140,000, AND THEY DEPRECIATED IN VALUE INSTEAD! WHEN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IS NOT STABLE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT AND SHOULD NOT ALWAYS INCREASE IF THE MARKET CANNOT SUSTAIN IT! SO, IF MINIMUM WAGE IS $5 A HOUR, AND THE MEDIAN HOUSE PRICE IS $300,000, FOR AN EXAMPLE, THESE TWO MUST BOTH BE MADE TO CHANGE BY THE GOVERNMENT AND LAWS TO SUSTAIN THE CITIZEN’S OF THE GOVERNMENT! IN THAT EXAMPLE, MINIMUM WAGE MUST BE INCREASED AND THE REAL ESTATE MARKET VALUE, MUST BE DECREASED, OR THE STOCK MARKET WILL COLLAPSE AND EVERY STOCK MARKET COLLAPSE HAS ONLY PUT THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, FURTHER IN DEBT! ENOUGH HAS NEVER BEEN DONE TO PAY OFF THE NATIONAL DEBT BECAUSE IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE, YET, THEY LET COVID GO THROUGH INSTEAD OF TELLING THE TRUTH?! IT LITERALLY WOULD HAVE SAVED MONEY AND LIVES – JUST TO TELL THE TRUTH! I HAVE WRITTEN THIS BEFORE, THIS TOWNHOUSE WHEN PURCHASED WAS EXPECTING PURCHASES FROM ME, CHERITH, HERSELF, OF CLOSE TO $30 OR $40,000, WITH BRAND NEW WOOD FLOORING REPLACING THE BRAND NEW FLOORING, CABINET HARDWARE FOR THE CABINETS, ALL BRAND NEW FURNITURE, SPECIFIC TO THE SIZE AND SHAPE AND FUNCTION OF THE TOWNHOME, BRAND NEW WINDOW TREATMENTS, NEW LIGHTING ON THE STAIRCASE, AND TONS AND TONS OF ORGANIZATION PRODUCTS TO ORGANIZE EVERY ASPECT OF A HOME AND THIS HOME! THIS HOUSE HAS NO CLOSETS OR STORAGE FOR ITEMS LIKE MOPS, VACUUMS, OR BROOMS, SO THAT ALL HAS TO GO IN SOME ORGANIZATION, LIKE AN IKEA HOME WHERE WITH THE SMALL SQUARE FOOTAGE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES THE AESTHETIC AND FUNCTION. SO, THE CONTAINER STORE WAS A GOOD EMPLOYMENT FOR THIS HOUSE BECAUSE IT NEEDED AND NEEDS LOTS OF ORGANIZATION, YET, LIKE ALWAYS, I DID NOT GET PAID ENOUGH SALARY FOR ME TO AFFORD THE TOLL TO GET TO WORK, LET ALONE PAY AND BUY PRODUCTS! SO, THAT TELLS ME WITH THIS RIVERVIEW TOWNHOUSE, SOMEONE, UNDER DELIVERED AND OVER PROMISED. LOOKS LIKE IT IS IN THE DAVID AREA OF THINGS. THERE WAS NO WAY WITH ME BRING UNEMPLOYED, NEEDING A MAJOR SURGERY, I COULD AFFORD $40,000 DOLLARS TO START A NEW HOUSE! I KNOW HOW TO BUDGET, APPROPRIATELY! SO, THERE ARE NO NEED FOR FIXES TO FIX THE COVER UP OF THE COVER UP FIX! IT IS ALSO VERY DISTURBING TO ME, THESE TOWNHOUSES HAVE DEPRECIATED IN VALUE BECAUSE OF THE DAVID/EDISON 2014 TAKEOVER OF ENTERING MY HOUSE WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND DESTROYING THINGS! SIMPLE THINGS LIKE FACE CLEANSER AND BIG TICKET ITEMS LIKE MY DRYER, ETC! I HAVE NO PRIDE IN HOME OWNERSHIP BECAUSE WHY BOTHER IF THEY ARE JUST GOING TO CREATE DUST, OR TARNISH MY STAINLESS STEEL, OR MAKE SCRATCHES ON THE WALL AND FURNITURE, OR THE GRAFFITI IN THE GRANITE, ON AND ON!
