I SAW YOU WOULD NEED A PARCEL OF LAND, NEAR THE OCEAN, AT LEAST 10 ACRES, IT WOULD NEED TO BE WALLED FENCED, ARMED GUARD POSTS, VIDEO MONITORING, I DREW PLANS THAT MADE IT A CAMPUS FEEL, WITH JOGGING OR WALKING TRAILS, IT WOULD NEED SEVERAL BUILDINGS, I DREW A BUILDING THAT COULD HOLD CONFERENCES UP TO 100 PEOPLE, I DREW SEVERAL TOWNHOUSE LIKE TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR PEOPLE ON ASSIGNMENTS, YOU WOULD NEED A SECURED RECEIVING AREA FOR DELIVERIES OF FOOD, SUPPLIES, ETC., AT LEAST ONE MECHANICAL ROOM AND IT WOULD NEED TO BE PRETTY BIG, IT WOULD NEED A HELIPAD, TO BE LOCATED NEAR A PRIVATE AIRPORT, UNLESS YOU BUILT YOUR OWN AND THAT WOULD BE A LARGER PIECE OF LAND, NEAR INTERSTATES AND ROADS, WAY I DREW PLANS, THE PROPERTY COULD, IN FUTURE USE, EITHER REMAIN AS A WHOLE, OR BE BROKEN UP TO BE SOLD IN SECTIONS IN LATER YEARS, IF NECESSARY; HOWEVER, SO FAR, IF DONE WITH MY SPECIFICATIONS, AND APPROVALS, IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROPERTY WOULD REMAIN AS A WHOLE, FUNCTIONING, WORKING, FOR AT LEAST FIFTY YEARS! I WROTE BEFORE THAT OREGON WOULD BE BETTER TO GET THAT AMOUNT OF LAND BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO GET THAT MUCH PROPERTY NEAR THE OCEAN, JUST NORTH OF THE LA AREA, GO TOO FAT NORTH OR INLAND OR SOUTH AND THE CONNECTION TO THE UNITED STATES MILITARY, (BEST WAY TO WRITE THIS) GETS WEAKER, LOSES ITS SIGNAL, TO ME, ITS LIKE TRYING TO DRIVE THROUGH A 20 FOOT TALL ROAD OF SLUDGE, IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE, BUT WHY DO IT WHEN THERE IS A ROAD NEARBY, WITH NO SLUDGE?! IT IS A LOT OF DESIGNS AND BUILDING THAT WOULD PROBABLY TAKE A FEW TO SEVERAL YEARS, SO WHY ARE YOU WASTING MY TIME WITH COVID?! I THINK I WROTE BEFORE IT WOULD BE ABOUT A ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLAR PROJECT, NOT INCLUDING THE COST OF THE LAND OR SENSITIVE AND ELECTRONICS, OR WHATEVER THAT’S CALLED WHEN THE PUT INFRASTRUCTURE LIKE CABLE, ELECTRIC, AND PHONE LINES THAT WOULD NEED TO BE DUG, ETC, NOT LIKELY TO BE LESS. IF THIS IS TRUE, THEY WANT THE BUDGET BIGGER SOMEWHERE BETWEEN THREE AND FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS, I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PROJECT GOING BIGGER. I SAW THE PROPERTY AS A HIGHER ELEVATION, I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION ABOUT EARTHQUAKE PROOF ENGINEERING, IT SHOULD HAVE SOLAR AND POSSIBLY WIND SUPPLIED ENERGY, THAT WOULD BE A GREATER PIECE OF LAND. I WOULD WANT TO HELP DESIGN MY HOUSING AND I WOULD WANT TO HAVE INPUT AND DESIGN THE HOUSING, BUILDINGS, LANDSCAPE TO MAKE SURE IT – FELT, THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO. IT SHOULD BE THE SUPREME ASSIGNMENT PEOPLE WOULD WANT, AND MY INPUT WOULD REALLY HELP YOU TO HAVE BLUE SKIES, INSTEAD OF FUCK UPS AND PROBLEMS!
