NATAL PLUM MY FATHER BROUGHT HOME, AND I REALLY, REALLY LIKED THIS PLANT, I THOUGHT IT WAS MOST SPECIAL COMPARED TO THE PLANTS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT STORES.
I HAD THIS PLANT IN A HANGING BASKET AND I ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, SHAPE, DIMENSION, PLEASING TO THE EYE, IN DECOR.
A BOUQUET OF FREESIA AND OTHER FLOWERS WAS IN THE WOMEN’S RESTROOM WHEN I WORKED AT DILLARD’S, WHEN THE STORE OPENED, I WAS QUITE TAKEN BY THE BEAUTIFUL SMELL AND EXPENSE OF SUCH A BOUQUET, I HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN THE SMELL OF FREESIA, AND IT IS NOT A FLOWER THAT GROWS IN FLORIDA, IT IS NOT COLD ENOUGH, AND MOST FLOWERS AND PLANTS I WANTED TO GROW IN PLANT CITY, FLORIDA ARE NOT ZONED (BUILDING PERMITS) FOR FLORIDA, IT IS NOT COLD ENOUGH, AND ONE FLOWER I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO GROW AND SMELL IS PEONY, I THINK THEY ARE A MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWER.
LILY OF THE VALLEY DOES NOT REALLY GROW OR AT ALL IN FLORIDA, THEY ARE QUITE A SPECIAL PLANT, PROBABLY WHY THEY ARE USED IN SO MANY WEDDING BOUQUETS.
MY MOTHER BOUGHT A PERSIAN VIOLET AT A PUBLIX STORE, AND I THOUGHT THERE SHOULD BE GOBS OF THESE! WE COULD NOT AFFORD IT, BUT I WOULD HAVE HAD HUNDREDS, IF I COULD!
I REALLY THINK SENSITIVE PLANTS ARE NEAT! TOUCH THE LEAVES AND THEY CLOSE, NEATO! AND, DELICATE AND PRETTY TO LOOK AT!
