GET PAPAYA ENZYMES IN A CHEWABLE, EAT THEM THROUGHOUT THE DAY! YOU COULD EAT THE WHOLE BOTTLE AND IT WOULD NOT HARM! GET CHLOROPHYLL (PHIL, FROM THE DISNEY MOVIE HERCULES) IN A POWDERED FORM, WITH MINT BECAUSE IT TASTES BETTER, AND DRINK THIS WITH WATER, THIS PERSON IS ALSO DEHYDRATED A LITTLE, PROBABLY ALL THE TIME! NO MERCY! :($!
