I JUST DECORATED IT WITH SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE FOOD-ISH AND COLORFUL! THE PATIO FLOOR IS MOSTLY A NEUTRAL AND NOT TOO SPECIFIC FOR THE BUYERS AUDIENCE! A LITTLE SORT OF PARTY TABLE FOR AN IDEA FOR THE BUYER OF FUN ENTERTAINING! THE CHRISTMAS TREES ARE SORT OF JUST FOR FUN! NOT MANY REAL DECORTICATING OPTIONS, IT DOES GIVE A BUYER THE IDEA OF HOW MUCH ROOM THERE IS IF A CHRISTMAS TREE IS USED! I PUT THE TABLE AT AN ANGLE TO GIVE BUTERW THE FEELING OF HOW MUCH ROOM THERE IS, YOU PUT ANY FURNITURE AT AN ANGLE, IT TAKES UP MORE ROOM, YET THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM FOR CHRISTMAS TREES AND A SIX TOP TABLE, AND I USED THE NAVY AS ANOTHER NEUTRAL AND ITS CALMING! POTTERY JUST FOR FUN AND POTTERY IS DIFFICULT TO DO! OF COURSE BIRD BATH AND FEEDER! A COUPLE OF CHAIRS WITH A COOLER BECAUSE – THAT’S WHAT THE BUYER WILL WANT TO DO! ANOTHER SEATING AT A CHIMINEA BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT A BUYER WANTS! SMALL LITTLE IDEA OF AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN IDEA! THERE’S ENOUGH ROOM TO MAKE A REAL OUTDOOR KITCHEN! THERE’S A WATER HOSE WITH A SHELF ABOVE BECAUSE THE BUYER NEEDS ACCESS TO WATER! CEILING FANS ARE JUST A MUST! INDOORS AND OUT! A STORAGE AREA, IF THERE’S WEATHER, THERE’S A PLACE TO PUT THINGS! COVERED AND OPEN! LOTS OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO DECORATE THIS, I WOULD GET A COUPLE OF HAMMOCKS – AND BE DONE! I WONDERED ABOUT PUTTING PRIVACY FENCING ON THE PATIO AND I DECIDED IT WAS TOO DATED LOOKING! I USUALLY DON’T PUT CEILING FABS IN THE DESIGNS BECAUSE ITS DIFFICULT TO LOOK AT IN THIS FORMAT, YET I HAVE THEM – IN MY MIND! I DID NOT PUT THE STAR LIGHTING IN MY DESIGN BECAUSE A BUYER WOULD NOT WANT SOMETHING SO PERSONAL, HOWEVER – STARS! I HAVE A PET PEEVE ABOUT DOOR SUCH AS ENTRY DOORS AND JUST ABOUT MOST DOORS, SHOULD NOT BE CROWDED, NO ONE WANTS TO FEEL CLAUSTROPHOBIC BECAUSE THE ENTRY IS SO CONSTRICTED!
