THE EXPECTATION SHOULD BE THAT NOT JUST WEALTHY PEOPLE HAVE A GARAGE THAT THEY GET TO – WALK IN! JESUS CHRIST! IN THE YEAR 2022 NEARLY EVERYONE WHO HAS A GARAGE – SHOLD BE ABLE TO HAVE A GARAGE – THAT WORKS FOR THEM! IF I HAVE A GARAGE IT SHOULD BE BIG ENOUGH FOR MY CAR, AND I JUST HAVE A COMPACT, AND I SHOULD BE ABLE – TO WALK AROUND WITHOUT HAVING TO WALK SIDEWAYS, AND SQUIRM! AND IT SHOULD BE MADE INTO LAW THAT GARAGES HAVE TO HAVE ENOUGH SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR MORE THAN A VEHICLE! I PUT THREE TRASH BINS FOR – COMPOSTING! IN THE YEAR 2022 – EVERY HOUSEHOLD IN MORE THAN AMERICA – SHOULD BE COMPOSTING! I LIKED THE STAINLESS STEEL CABINETS AND YOU CAN’T SEEE IT FROM THIS PHOTO, THERE IS A WORK AREA ABOVE THESE CABINETS WITH SHELVES AND CORK BOARD THAT IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NOT BE AN OPTION – IT SHOULD BE SOMETHING THAT IS ALWAYS INCUDING IUN A HOUSE DESIGN! I CREATED GREAT BIG STORAGE ROOM OFF OF THE GARAGE FOR THE WATER HEATER, AND THERE IS OTHER OPTIONS FOR MORE STORAGE, A WORK SINK AND A SORT OF MUD ROOM AREA FOR THINGS TO GET STORED AND CLEANED UP YOU MIGHT NOT WANT IN THE HOUSE! SHELVING AND CABINETS – THATS A LOT OF STORAGE JUST IN THE GARAGE! THE GARAGE SHOULD BE PAINTED IN THE INTERIOR AND THE GARAGE FLOOR SHOULD BE AT THE LEAST – SEALED, AND MOST LIKELY IT SHOULD BE STAINED AND SEALED! AL THE TILE WORK – SHOULD BE SEALED, ITS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NOT BE LEFT TO THE HOMEOWNER TO PAY FOR THE EXPENSE – IT SOULD BE SEALED – IT WILL LAST LONGER! I DID NOT PUT ANY COLOR IN THE FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT AREA BECAUSE THE BUYER IS GOING TO BE WALKING AROUND AND THEY WANT TO SEE THEMSELVES IN IT, NOT SOMEONE ELSE’S PERSONALIZED TASTE, AND I PUT THE BOUQUET OF FLOWERS IN THE KITCHEN BECAUSE FOR A HOUSE OF THIS SIZE IN THE KITCHEN, IT WILL SELL BETTER, NOT COOKIE DOUGH SMELL, THAT IS FOR A SMALLER SPACE!
