Fillet of sole, but of butter and lemon and capers, or olive tapenade, however, chopped spinach with couscous, olive oil and lemon, salt and pepper, and any variation of – peas – that’s a satisfying meal, and then ch is gonna hot (cannot believe ch is writing this for you, but mortified) tub for half hour or so, soapy shower and – hum-ba-lala, that’s a deep good sleep, and if you were still hungry, skip the desert this time and have bit of real crackers, not those grocery store crackers, like a ritz, real crackers with actual grains, but of chutney or some jam with a hard cheese, even a Parmesan – more satisfying! And green or herb tea and honey and the more times you eat honey or consume honey in any way, even in soap – it’s longevity, keep you alive well spirits – more than most! And somebody is just, really not mature enough, so ch has got that part of her head turned way the fuck down to G-rated! If you’re having the fillet of sole for dinner, it’s grape juice, ch has never had real fresh grapes juiced, all ch knows is Welch’s concise grape juice, small glass, ice perhaps, or a tall glass of watered down grape juice, don’t drink too much of the grape (Willy wonka blueberry, ch is so embarrassed for America), and lemon water with ice! ;($!?,
