As a customer paid for a purchase with a debit card but didn’t have enough money, and wanted to take a neck gaiter off to afford it, and of course – can’t after a debit payment has happened, so ch went to customer service and got Malcolm and Malcolm – is no help at all, ch has no smell idea who Malcolm works for but he’s not interested in keeping bass pro in business, as he doesn’t know where the money comes from, so ch has to put in an amount of cash the customer didn’t pay, and took her to customer service and ch told Missy the customer does not have enough money for this purchase, she’s paid partial in debit, but wants to take a neck gaiter off and this short female customer had chocolate contacts in that tells ch – you have no fucking clue what’s going on and tells ch nothing other than you put chocolate contacts in, and ch re-printed that receipt to make sure – they didn’t use a managers till to make ch till short, and Missy with her selective hearing nodded as though she knew exactly what to do, and then they didn’t return with the money for ch till, so ch went over to customer service and Missy said, I just returned the neck gaiter, and ch had to say, she didn’t actually – pay for that because what Missy would have had to do at customer service, was 2 transactions, return the whole receipt and re-purchase just, one neck gaiter, so tam put in 7 dollars to ch till instead of $10.16, tam said because of how – Missy returned the transaction ;($!?,,
