Real or not.  There is a place in China where there is a piece of skin from a back of either an animal or a human, hanging on the roof or ceiling in a tunnel, or overpass, or walkway.  Someplace where sunlight cannot enter.

Real or not because I’ve seen it, however how it was brought to me I proceed with careful assessment.

It is a warning sign.  The skin of a back.  It has been placed as a warning sign.

It needs to be located and have crime scene work done and scoured.

I see, if you are looking into the tunnel (?) with your back to the outside there is a passageway, a route, a something that they are using or have used recently behind the skin, or in front of you if you are standing in front of the skin.

BTW, did you find the route?  The route I told you they were using on my afternoon drive on October 16, 2018.  They think they are clever in being able to hide it from you, however, I see them.  Get that intelligence.
